Property questions usually need more than one register
A property's EPC rating, flood zone, heritage status, deprivation context and legal ownership each sit in a different register, referenced a different way in each one. Checking compliance, assessing a retrofit scheme, or reviewing a property before lending on it usually means opening several of them and matching the records by hand. CrierData matches them once, against the UPRN, so the lookup is one search instead of four.
